Shipping policy

F/X Fusion ships to eligible destinations within the United States and select U.S. territories and military destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, as outlined below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Processing Cutoff: 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day will begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

The order cutoff determines when processing begins; it does not guarantee same-day shipment.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Estimated total delivery times include both processing and transit time.

Contiguous United States & Washington, D.C.

F/X Fusion offers FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days

Express Shipping

• Shipping Cost: $19.99 flat rate per order
• Order Processing: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Transit Time: 1–2 business days after shipment
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

Express shipping is available for eligible orders and destinations. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii & Additional Supported Destinations

Orders shipped to the following destinations do not qualify for free standard shipping and are subject to a $35.00 flat-rate standard shipping charge per order:

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days after shipment
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days

Express Shipping

• Shipping Cost: $49.99 flat rate per order
• Order Processing: 1–2 business days
• Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days after shipment
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days

Express shipping is subject to carrier service availability and may not be offered for every territory or military destination.

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If no shipping option is available for your destination, we are unable to accept an order for delivery to that address.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated total delivery times include both order processing and shipping transit time and are calculated in business days.

Orders placed at or after the 2:00 PM Central Time cutoff, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day. As a result, their estimated delivery dates may be later than those of orders placed before the cutoff.

Shipping charges are determined by the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

• Express Shipping: $19.99 flat rate per order

Alaska, Hawaii and Additional Supported Destinations

• Standard Shipping: $35.00 flat rate per order
• Express Shipping: $49.99 flat rate per order, where available

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Carriers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers. The carrier and service used for your order may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, and service availability.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available from the carrier.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. F/X Fusion is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check the delivery location, surrounding areas, and with other members of your household before contacting us.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@fxfusion.com or 507-345-3355 so we can help determine the appropriate next steps. Carrier investigations and other restrictions may apply.

F/X Fusion is not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to process and ship orders within the timeframes stated above, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

F/X Fusion is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
